Includes: A bespoke integration of breathwork, sound healing, and guided somatic movement. We work to identify where the body is "holding" old stories and use mindfulness to release them.
The 4-Week "Return to Self" Intensive
Investment: $499
Includes: Four weekly 75-minute sessions + weekly integration rituals. This is for the woman ready to make a sustainable shift in how she processes stress and inhabits her power.

The Experience: The ultimate Embodied experience. 60 minutes of Somatic Wellness Massage followed by 60 minutes of Reiki and Sound Healing.
