Intuitive Movement with Tara: We'll begin by gently reconnecting with our bodies through guided intuitive movement. This practice encourages releasing, flowing, and feeling truly free, allowing you to shed tension and embrace your body's innate wisdom without judgment. It’s a powerful way to awaken your feminine energy and prepare for deep relaxation.
Restorative Sound Bath with Lisa: As the energy softens, Lisa will guide you into a state of profound peace with a deeply resonant sound bath. Allow the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls to wash over you, dissolving stress, calming your nervous system, and inviting your entire being to rest, restore, and recalibrate.
